Who we are

This site belongs to That 80s Rock Show ("we", "us"). We decide how the information you give us is used. To reach us about anything on this page, email alex@that80srockshow.co.uk or call 07886 847698.

What we collect

• Booking enquiries. When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect your name, email, phone number, event details and any message you send.
• 80s Cam booth. If you use our photo booth experience, it captures the photo you choose to take, the first name you enter, and — only if you opt in — your email so we can send you your picture. You choose whether to share it.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote — because it's in our shared interest to answer you, and it's a step towards a possible booking.
• To send your booth photo and, where you've ticked the box, occasional updates — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who handles it for us

We use a few trusted services to run the site and the booth. They process data on our behalf and only for our purposes:

• Netlify — hosts the website and receives enquiry-form submissions.
• Supabase — stores gig listings and booth images.
• OpenAI — creates the 80s makeover from a booth photo.
• Postmark — delivers the booth photo email.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your booking and our records. Booth photos and emails are kept only as long as needed to send your picture and honour any choice you made, then removed on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers and sets no non-essential cookies.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
